Our 4-star hotel is located in the heart of the city of Dresden. In Dresden's historic baroque quarter you can enjoy pure tranquillity and yet you can reach the sights such as the Semper Opera House, Zwinger, Royal Palace or Frauenkirche in just a few minutes on foot.

The nearby Elbe meadows are perfect for a stroll. The trendy Äußere Neustadt district is also just a stone's throw away.

How to get to us

By car
Well-developed motorways (A4 and A17) connecting Dresden with Prague, Berlin, Munich and Frankfurt lead right into the city centre.


By train

The nearest station, Dresden – Neustadt, is approximately 600 metres from the hotel.


By plane

Please use the Dresden International Airport.


By bike

The beautiful cycling route Elberadweg is approximately 500 metres away from the hotel.


Attention! Since 2019, the reception is no longer open 24 hours a day. If you wish to check in after 10 p.m., please do so at the reception of the neighbouring Hotel Bülow Palais (address: Königstraße 14).

 Parking and charging stations

In our underground car park, 50 secure parking spaces are available to both residents of Dresden and our house guests on two parking levels. We will be happy to park your car for you and take care of your luggage on arrival and departure.


Would you like your car freshly washed and with a full tank of fuel? No problem - our reception team will do it for you.

  • Are there rooms for people with allergies?

    There are no rooms for allergy sufferers only. However, it is possible to provide bed linen for allergy sufferers on request.

  • Are there rooms suitable for disabled guests?

    No, we do not have a room suitable for disabled people.

  • Are all rooms equipped with a bathtub?

    Yes, some rooms have a bathtub. Please indicate this request when making your reservation so that we can allocate a suitable room.

  • Do the rooms have air conditioning?

    Yes, most rooms have air conditioning.

  • What types of flooring do the rooms have?

    All rooms are carpeted.

  • When can I check-in?

    We guarantee check-in from 2 pm.

  • Until when can I check-out?

    We kindly ask you to check-out by 12 noon.

  • Where can I park?

    Our guests can use the underground parking of the Hotel Bülow Palais. The parking fee is € 25 per day.

  • Can I charge my electric car at the hotel?

    There are two parking spaces with electric charging facilities in the underground garage. The charging fee is € 20 per charging session. Thanks to a partnership, Porsche charging is complimentary.

  • Are pets allowed in the hotel?

    Yes, your four-legged friends are welcome. Due to special and more extensive cleaning, we charge a pet fee of € 35 per pet/night. The size of the pet does not matter.


    Attention to dog owners: We will provide your four-legged friend with welcome snacks, sample packs, wet food, door tags, voucher cards and bowls from PLATINUM on arrival!

  • Where can I have dinner?

    We do not have an own hotel restaurant. We therefore recommend that our guests reserve a table at the Caroussel Nouvelle in the neighbouring Hotel Bülow Palais when booking their room. The restaurant is also popular with local people, so we cannot guarantee a table for spontaneous enquiries on site despite a room reservation.

  • Is room service available?

    No, we are a bed & breakfast hotel.

  • What is the accommodation tax?

    The accommodation tax is levied by the city of Dresden, whereby we pass on the full amount of the tax collected to the city.

  • Is there a spa area?

    No, but our hotel guests can use the Palais SPA in the neighbouring Hotel Bülow Palais free of charge.

  • What about children?

    Families with children are very welcome. They stay in their parents' room free of charge in an extra bed or baby cot until the age of 12. We also invite them to breakfast. If the children are still very small, we offer high chairs.

  • Are there extra beds?

    Yes, extra beds for our guests aged 13 and older cost € 40 per night.

  • Is reception always staffed?

    Our reception is staffed from 6.30 am to 6.00 pm. Guests arriving later should check in with our colleagues at the Hotel Bülow Palais nearby (phone: +49 351 80030)

  • How far are the two Bülow Hotels Palais and Residenz from each other?

    The Bülow Residenz is about 100 metres away from the Hotel Bülow Palais.
